Edu-kwondo Children Classes

Children Classes are Schedule according to Age Group

  1. Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  2. Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 
  3. Each class session is only 1 hour

Edu-kwondo Adults' Classes

  Norfolk Adults Edu-kwondo classes are designed according to individuals' age groups. A lesson plan is set to accommodate everyone depending on their physical ability. Grand Master Richards holds an Exercise Specialist Certificate in Older Adults Exercise Program from N.A.S.M. Adults Edu-kwondo classes are held at The House of Discipline every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes begin at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Each session is only a one-hour workout. Walk-in registration is more convenient.
