Edu Kwondo / Educational Taekwondo

Every day except Sundays, class schedules are as follows: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
You don't need a special appointment; just sign in and sign up. We accept four years old, and older, both male and female.
Children classes begin first; Young adults classes next; Finnally adults classes.
Norfolk Adults Classes
Norfolk Adults Edu-kwondo classes are designed according to individuals' age groups. A lesson plan is set to accommodate everyone depending on their physical ability. Grand Master Richards holds an Exercise Specialist Certificate in Older Adults Exercise Program from N.A.S.M. Adults Edu-kwondo classes are held at The House of Discipline every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes begin at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Each session is only a one-hour workout. Walk-in registration is more convenient.

Edu kwondo is one of the most dominant Enrichment programs for all age groups. 4 & up
It is educational, A total body workout, self-defense, self-control, injuries avoidance, Olympic-style training, and promotional.
CLASSES:- Tuesdays, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (1 hour for each class)
Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm / 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
